Change of Mind Returns Policy
Unfortunately, due to the size and scale of our business we are not able to offer change of mind returns at this time, so please choose carefully. We do feel confident you'll love your enbocca Caffetteria, but if you have any feedback we'd like to hear from you at hello@enbocca.com.au.
Faulty Returns Policy
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please accept our sincere apologies! Please use our contact form to get in touch and include:
- your order number
- a description of the problem and some photos
- let us know if your preference would be an exchange or return
We look forward to resolving this issue with you.
Please note that in some cases we will need to determine if the item is faulty before issuing you a refund or exchange. If this is a case, we will require the return shipping to be covered by you, but should the item be found faulty this expense will be refunded.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges of equal or greater value so long as both the item and its packing is returned to us in re-sellable condition.
We do ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us to arrange on exchange.
